ORMAS Kalahandi Recruitment 2025 - Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• Graduate in any discipline or in Agriculture / Agriculture Marketing / Agri-Business Management OR BBA or equivalent. 

• Experience: Minimum 2-5 year of experience in a relevant field (in handling commodity market side and production side).  

Accountant-cum-MIS In-Charge

• 10+2 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject OR Commerce with an accounting background

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 year of experience in an accounting-related field.

Age Limit 

• Chief Executive Officer: 21 to 40 years 

• Accountant-cum-MIS In-Charge: 18 to 35 years 

ORMAS Kalahandi Selection Process 2025

There is no written examination for this recruitment. The selection process involves multiple stages, including shortlisting, interviews, and document verification. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience, followed by an interview. Those selected must provide original documents for verification.

ORMAS Kalahandi Recruitment 2025 - Salary 

ORMAS Kalahandi has announced the salary structure for the CEO and Accountant-cum-MIS In-Charge positions. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will receive a salary between ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, while the Accountant-cum-MIS In-Charge will get ₹10,000 per month.

• Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000/- per month

• Accountant-cum-MIS In-Charge: Rs. 10,000/- per month
