ORMAS Ganjam CEO & Accountant Eligibility Criteria 2025

Educational Qualification & Experience

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

  • Graduate in Agriculture / Agriculture Marketing / Agri-Business Management OR BBA or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field, preferably working with farmers at the grassroots level


Accountant

  • 10+2 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject OR Commerce with an accounting background
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting-related field.

Age Limit 

  • Chief Executive Officer: 21 to 38 years 
  • Accountant: 21 to 32 years 


ORMAS CEO & Accountant Selection Process 2025

There is no written examination for this recruitment. The selection process consists of:

  • Shortlisting of Applications – Based on qualifications and experience.
  • Interview – Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  • Document Verification – Selected candidates must provide original documents for verification.

ORMAS CEO & Accountant Salary 2025

The expected salary for the posts is as follows:

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Rs. 20,000/- per month
  • Accountant: Rs. 10,000/- per month
