Odisha Block Level CEO & Accountant Eligibility Criteria 2025

Educational Qualification

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• Candidates should be either graduate in agriculture / agriculture marketing / agribusiness management or BBA or equivalent. 

• Locally available professionals with 10+2 and preferably diploma in agriculture/ agriculture marketing / agri-business management or in such other related areas may be preferable. 

• If any member of SHG or her family members meet the above criteria, they may be considered preferably in the selection process 

• Experience: Minimum1+ years of experience of working for farmers at grass root-level. 

Accountant

• Candidates should have educational qualification of 10+2 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject or alternatively with Commerce or Accountancy background. 

• Knowledge of accounting software (tally etc.) is must. 

• If any member of SHG or her family members meet the above criteria, they may be considered preferably in the selection process.  

• Experience: Minimum1+ years of work experience as an accountant handling financial transactions with exposure to accounting software. 

Age Limit 

• Chief Executive Officer: 21 to 40 years 

• Accountant-cum-MIS In-Charge: 18 to 35 years 

Odisha Block Level CEO Selection Process 2025

The selection process follows a structured evaluation method with a total of 100 marks (100%). Candidates will be assessed based on career marks (40%), experience (10%), a written test (30%), and a viva/interview (20%).

The breakdown of marks is as follows:

• Career Marks: 40 Marks (40%)

• Experience (minimum two years): 10 Marks (10%)

• Written Test: 30 Marks (30%)

• Viva/Interview: 20 Marks (20%) 

Odisha Block Level Recruitment 2025 - Salary

Mata Dongri Farmers Producers' Organization, Nabarangpur has set a fixed monthly salary for the recruited positions. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will receive Rs. 25,000 per month, while the Accountant will be entitled to Rs. 10,000 per month.
