Odisha NHM New Recruitment 2025 - Educational Qualification

Data Assistant cum Accountant 

  • The candidate must be Graduate in Commerce with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 
  • Must have passed PGDCA/DCA/Odisha State Certificate in information Technology (OS-CIT) course of Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited (minimum 6 months course duration) or any equivalent courses from a recognized institute. 

Block Program Manager (BPM) 

  • The candidate should be a Post Graduate with minimum 55% marks. 
  • She/he should have completed one Year Diploma in Computer application from a recognized /registered Institute.


Block Account Manager (BAM)

  • The Candidate should be a Graduate in Commerce with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. 
  • Should have basic knowledge in Computing and should have at least two years of post qualification working experience in accounting. 

Public Health Manager (PHM) 

  • Mater Degree in public health or Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health (2 years course duration). OR 
  • Master Degree in Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (2 years course duration). OR 
  • Master Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Health care Management/ Hospital Management/ Health & Hospital Management (2 years course duration). OR 
  • Master Degree in Social Work (2 years course duration). All the above qualification must be from any recognized University / Institutions with minimum 50% marks. 
  • Experience: She/he Must have 1 year qualification experience in the health programme management in disease surveillance/ community mobilization/ inter- sectorial collaboration/ IEC BCC activities /quality control/ monitoring & evaluation. 
  • She/he should be acquainted with basic computer knowledge, like MS Office & Internet. 

RMNCH/FP Counselor

  • The candidate must have passed Bachelors Degree in Social work/ Psychology/ Clinical Psychology/ Counseling Psychology/ Sociology/ Public Administration from any recognized University/ Institution with at least 55% marks. OR 
  • The candidate have passed Master Degree in Social Work/ Psychology/ Clinical Psychology/ Counseling Psychology/ Sociology/ Public Administration from any recognized University/ Institution with at least 55% marks. 
  • Experience: She/he must have Minimum 2 years of Post qualification experience in health or social sector.


Laboratory Assistant

  • The candidate must have passed B.Sc. with CBZ from a recognized University. 
  • Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge in computer (MS Office) & Internet use. 

Asha

  • Must have passed at least 10th grade.
  • Should be a permanent resident of the specified area.
  • Only female candidates can apply.
