OPTCL Management Trainee Vacancy 2025

OPTCL has announced a total of 50 vacancies for the post of Management Trainee (Electrical), distributed as follows:

OPTCL MT Eligibility Criteria 2025 

Candidates must have appeared and qualified in GATE 2025 in the Electrical Engineering (EE) paper. Only valid GATE 2025 scores will be considered, and OPTCL will verify the scores with the official result. The normalized marks out of 100 must be provided while applying. Any mismatch or fraudulent entry will lead to disqualification. In addition to the GATE score, candidates must meet specific educational qualification and age limit criteria as outlined below.

OPTCL MT Selection Process 2025

The OPTCL MT Selection Process 2025 will be based on two main parameters: the GATE 2025 score in Electrical Engineering (EE) and a personal interview. OPTCL Management Trainee (MT) Salary 2025

The selected candidates for the OPTCL Management Trainee (MT) posts will undergo a one-year training period, during which they will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 50,000. Upon successful completion of the training, they will be appointed as Assistant Manager (Electrical) in Pay Level EE-2, with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500. In addition to the salary, the selected candidates will be entitled to various benefits such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) or accommodation, medical allowance and insurance, Leave Travel Concession (LTC), gratuity, group personal accident insurance, and the National Pension System (NPS). The total CTC (Cost to Company) for Assistant Manager (Electrical) is approximately ₹15 lakhs per annum.
