NABFINS Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification 

Customer Service Executive (CSE): 

  • Essential: Graduation or higher from a recognized university.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of work experience in microfinance institutions (MFI) handling field operations and working with rural populations. 


Customer Service Officer (CSO): 

  • Minimum 10+2 (PUC) pass. 
  • Freshers are welcome to apply. 


Additional Requirements

  • Language: Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.
  • Driving License: Valid two-wheeler driving license with personal two-wheeler ownership.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned areas in Odisha. 


Age Limit 

  • Minimum Age - 18 years 
  • Maximum Age - 33 years


NABFINS Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

  • No Written Examination
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview to assess their field knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability.
  • Document Verification (DV): Candidates clearing the interview round must produce all original documents for verification. 


The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance during the interview and successful completion of the document verification process.
