Block Programme Manager (BPM)

• The Candidate should be a Post Graduate with minimum 55% marks. 

• Should have completed 1 year Diploma Course in Computer Application/ PGDCA/ Odisha State Certificate in Information Technology (OS-CIT) course of Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited/equivalent course from a recognized /registered institutes. 

Block Data Manager (BDM) 

• The candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. 

• Should have completed 1 year Diploma Course in Computer Application/ PGDCA/ Odisha State Certificate in Information Technology (OS-CIT) course of Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited/equivalent course from a recognized /registered institute. 

Block Account Manager (BAM)

• The Candidate should be a Graduate in Commerce with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. 

• Should have basic knowledge in Computing and should have at least two years of post qualification working experience in accounting. 

Urban Data Manager (UDM) 

• The candidate must have passed graduation with minimum of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. 

• Should passed PGDCA/ DCA/ MCA/ BCA/ Odisha State Certificate in Information Technology (OS-CIT) course of Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited or any equivalent courses from a recognized institute. 

• Must have minimum 1 year post qualification experience in health /social sector.
