Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)

• Candidate must have passed 12th class or its equivalent from a recognized Board or Institute.

• Typing speed 35 words per minute (w.p.m.) in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a Computer. 

Junior Stenographer (STN)

• Candidate must have passed 12th class or its equivalent from a recognized Board or Institute.

• Dictation at the speed of 80 w.p.m. for 10 minutes in English/Hindi.

• The application fee is Rs. 500 for male candidates of UR, OBC and EWS

Typing Test

• Time Allowed - 10 minutes

• English Typing - 35 words per minutes in Computer (35 w.p.m., correspond to 10500 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word) OR

• Hindi Typing - 30 words per minutes in Computer (30 w.p.m., correspond to 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).

• Medium of Questions: The questions will be set both in English and Hindi except the questions on English Language.

• Total Time Allotted: 1 hours 30 minutes (90 minutes)

CSIR IPP Junior Secretariate Assistant Salary 2025

The candidate who will appointed as Junior Secretariate Assistant in CSIR-IPP, Dehradun will be paid Pay Level-2 having pay range Rs.19,900 to Rs.63,200/-. The total emoluments is approximate Rs. 35,180/- gross pay on minimum of scale including House Rent Allowance as applicable to the city of Dehradun (Uttarakhand), India as per rules. 

CSIR IPP Junior Stenographer Salary 2025

The candidate who will appointed as Junior Stenographer in CSIR-IPP, Dehradun will be paid Pay Level-4 having pay range Rs.25,500 to Rs.81,100/-. The total emoluments is approximate Rs. 46,050/-gross pay on minimum of scale including House Rent Allowance as applicable to the city of Dehradun (Uttarakhand), India as per rules.
