Odisha Sainik School Recruitment 2024 - Educational Qualification

TGT (Social Science):

• Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Or Bachelor's degree with atleast 50% marks in the concerned subject and in aggregate. 

• Minimum two subjects out of History, Political Science, Economics, Sociology and Geography or Hons Graduation with History/Political Science/Geography as main subject in all the three years of graduation/four years integrated degree course.

• B.Ed degree from a recognized University.

• Pass in the central teacher eligibility test (CT ET) or STET, conducted by central/state ovt/CBSE in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.

• Proficiency in teaching in English medium. 

Upper Division Clerk (UDC) 

• Passed Graduation in any discipline/ equivalent from a recognized university. 

• At least 2 years office experience in a Govt or Commercial organization. 

• Ability to correspond in Hindi and English Typing speed at least 40 words per minutes in English/ Hindi/ Regional language on a computer. 

Lower Division Clerk (LDC) 

• 12th pass in any discipline/ equivalent from a recognized university. 

• Ability to correspond in Hindi and English 

• Typing speed at least 40 words per minutes in English/Hindi/Regional language on a computer  

Driver 

• Candidates should have passed matriculation (10th) from a recognized board. 

• Should possess driving license to drive heavy duty as well as light four-wheeler vehicles. 

• Candidates with experience of driving heavy duty and light vehicles with minimum 02 years of experience will be given preference.
