• Candidates must passed 10th with 3 years approved regular Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive/Fire (OR) 

• 12th passed (Regular Study) 

• Driving License: Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (HMV) (OR)

• Valid Medium Vehicle License (LMV) issued at least one year before the date of advertisement i.e.01/11/2024 (OR) 

• Valid Light Motor Vehicle License (LMV) issued at least two years before the date of advertisement i.e. 01/11/2024.

AAI Junior Assistant Exam Pattern 2025

• Type of Question: Objective (MCQ)

• Negative Marking @ 0.25 marks for each wrong answer

Document Verification: 

• Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification after clearing the CBT. Candidates must produce original documents to confirm eligibility. 

Physical Measurement Test/Medical Examination: 

Candidates clearing the document verification process will undergo a medical examination, comprising a physical measurement test (PMT) and medical assessment. A medical exam evaluates physical fitness including height, weight, chest measurement, and eyesight. 

Physical Measurement Test for Men:

• Height - Not less than 167 cms 

• Chest (unexpanded) - 81 cms 

• Chest (expanded) - 86 cms (Minimum expansion 5 cms) 

• Weight - Not less than 55 Kg.

Physical Measurement Test for Women:

• Height - Not less than 157 cms 

• Not less than 45 Kg.

Driving Test: 

• Candidates applying for driving positions must undergo a driving test.  

• demonstrating proficiency in operating a light motor vehicle (LMV). 

• Candidates must possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV), Medium Motor Vehicle (MMV), and Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license. 

Physical Endurance Test (Each test carries max. 20 marks) 

• 100 m Running 

• Casualty Carrying Test – Lifting and carrying sand bag to 50 meters 

• Pole Climbing 

• Rope Climbing Each test carries max. 20 marks
