A total of 60 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment process. Out of these 58 vacancies are reserved for Junior Stenographer, and 02 for Junior Grade Typist post. 

Junior Stenographer (between the age group of 21 to 38)

OSSC CRE Education Qualification 2024

Junior Stenographer

Candidates must have passed HSC (10th) examination conducted by BSE, Odisha or equivalent examination with ITI (Stenographer) with computer knowledge. 

OR

Candidates must have passed +2 examination in any discipline (Arts/Commerce/Science) conducted by CHSE, Odisha or equivalent examination with basic knowledge in computer application. Minimum 80 words per minutes in shorthand both in English and Odia. 

Junior Grade Typist

Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th) with typing speed of 40 word per minute and knowledge in computer application.

Step-3: A new page appears on the screen, click on the link One Time Registration (OTR) for Examination. 

Step-4: A new tab appears on the screen, if candidates are not registered already, registered and create their profiling by clicking "New Registration" and entering the valid E-mail ID, Mobile Number and other required details. 

Step-5: After completing the registration or if already registered the candidate has to login to their registration number which is provided by during the registration process. 

Step-6: Enter the personal details and required education qualification. 

Step-7: Upload all required documents as per the prescribed format.
