CBT - I (For All Posts)

• Total Marks - 100 Marks 

• Total Time Duration - 90 Minutes (120 Minutes for PwBD Candidates) 

• Negative marking @ 1/3 for each wrong answered 

• The total no. of candidates to be shortlisted shall be 15 times the category-wise vacancies of posts notified against the RRB as per their merit in CBT - I cum choice of posts. 

• The normalized score of CBT - I shall be used for shortlisting of candidates for CBT - II as per their merit.

Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) for Station Master

• Qualifying in nature 

• The candidates need to secure minimum T-Score of 42 marks in each of the batteries to qualify.

• This applies to all candidates irrespective of category and no relaxation in the minimum T-Score is permissible. 

• Candidates will have to qualify in each of the test batteries of CBAT for considering them for the Traffic Assistant / Station Master.  

• Question and Answer options only in English and Hindi. 

• Normalization of marks will be done. 

• There shall be no negative marking in Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) 

Typing Skill Test (Post-wise) 

• The Typing Skill Test will be qualifying in nature.

• Eight times the number of vacancies will be called for typing skill test. 

• The candidates should able to type 30 w.p.m in English or 25 w.p.m in Hindi on  a Personal Computer only without editing tools and spell check facility.
