Those candidates who have been selected for the IRDAI Assistant Manager in Generalist discipline will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 44.500/- per month and other allowances. At present, initial monthly gross emolument for Assistant Manager is approximately Rs. 1,46,000/- (excluding qualification allowance, wherever applicable).
