ESIC MTS Educational Qualification 2024

Candidates should have passed the Matriculation (10th) examination from a govt. recognized Board for ESIC MTS Posts. 

ESIC MTS Selection Process 2024 

The recruitment process for the post of MTS consist of Preliminary Examination and Mains Examination of Computer Based Examination (CBE). The Preliminary and Main examination will be objective in nature and the Preliminary Examination and will be qualifying in nature. However the performance of the candidate in Main Examination will be evaluated only if a candidate qualifies in Preliminary Examination.

ESIC MTS Prelims 2024 Exam Pattern 

The ESIC MTS Prelims 2024 Exam will be qualifying in nature and marks will not be reckoned for final merit. A total number of 100  questions will be asked in the examination carrying 2 marks each. Candidates will be allotted the time of 60 minutes to complete the examination. The candidate will be shortlisted for Main Examination @ 10 the number of vacancies in each category on the basis of their performance in Preliminary Examination. The detailed prelims exam pattern is mentioned below.

• Number of Questions: 100 

• Total Marks: 100 

• Time Duration: 60 minutes (1 hour) 

• There is negative marking of 1/4 for each wrong answer

ESIC MTS Mains 2024 Exam Pattern 

The ESIC MTS Mains 2024 exam will also be objective in nature. The questions asked in the exam will be objective based. A total number of 200 questions will be asked in the exam of 1 mark each of which candidates will have 2 hours to complete the examination. The mark obtained in Main Examination will be considered to final selection.

• Total Marks: 200 

• Time Duration: 2 hour (120 minutes) 

• There is negative marking of 1/4 for each wrong answer

ESIC MTS Salary 2024

Candidates who are selected for the post of MTS will get Level-1 salary as per 7th Pay Commission. The starting basic pay is fixed at Rs. 18,000/-. However this can be increase up to Rs. 56,000/- after numerous promotions during the service period at ESIC.
