The selected candidate for the post of IDBI Junior Assistant Manager will have to serve for a probation period of 1 year which will be divided into 3 parts. First 6 month training period with a stipend of Rs.5,000/- per month, then 2 months of internship period and 4 months of job training with a stipend of Rs.15,000/- per month. Once the probation period is completed, selected candidates are recruited for Junior Assistant Manager post, the compensation (CTC) would range between Rs.6.14 lakh to 6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining.
